If you are not satisfied with Cold-EEZE, please contact us to receive a full refund of your purchase price within 60 days of the date of purchase.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the money back guarantee is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized internet sites. If you did not purchase your product from us, we ask that you first contact the retailer from which you purchased your product to inquire about its return policy. If your retailer is unable to address your concerns, please contact us.
Please allow 4 weeks for refunds. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, products returned after 60 days or shipping charges. This 60-day money back guarantee will only be accepted for one family or one mailing address. No P.O. boxes will be accepted. This offer is only applicable in the United States of America.
For a full refund on your Cold-EEZE product (not including shipping), please complete the following steps within 60 days of the date of purchase:
- Contact us at 1-855-874-0970 or email hello@coldeeze.com to get a Return Authorization Number, which will help us in processing your return quickly. Please have information available regarding where and when you purchased your product. You also may be asked to provide other information to assist us in processing your request.
- Please send the receipt (proof of purchase), return authorization number, the container (opened or unopened) and your name, address, phone number, email and any additional information about the return, i.e., why you were not satisfied with the product (we want your feedback, so we can improve our products) to:
