If you are not satisfied with Cold-EEZE, please contact us to receive a full refund of your purchase price.
Please allow 4 weeks for refunds. We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned, products returned after 60 days or shipping charges. Actual returns must be made to the original place of purchase (i.e. retail outlets, Amazon.com, etc.). This 60-day money back guarantee will only be accepted for one family or one mailing address. No P.O. boxes will be accepted. This offer is only applicable in the United States of America.
For a full refund on your Cold-EEZE product (not including shipping), please complete the following within 60 days:
- Contact us at 1-800-505-2653 to get a Return Authorization Number, which will help us in processing your return quickly.
Please send the receipt, (proof of purchase), return authorization number and the bottom flap of the Cold-EEZE package with barcode and your name, address, phone number, email and any additional information about the return, i.e., why you were not satisfied with the product (we want your feedback, so will can improve our products) to:
